The show is
open to all Vintage, Classic, Modern Classic, Modified & Custom show
cars, trucks, tractors and motorcycles.
There will be
a large number of classes to cater for all, with over £4000 worth of
prizes.
Show

Action Arena, Special Attractions, Club Displays, Motorsport Cars,
Vintage
Tractors, Vintage, Classic & Show Bikes, Car Dealers, Trade stands, Auto
Jumble, Raffle, Auction items, Food/refreshments & Entertainment will
be provided for all the family.

ll proceeds
from the show will go to ‘MacMillan Cancer Support’ Charity.

CARFEST – TOWN SHUTTLE SERVICE
– A FREE coach will
run every 30 mins between the CARFEST and Fairhill
Sho
pping Centre for
those requiring some retail therapy after viewing the fantastic show or for
those stuck in the
town shopping with the misses you can come
out and enjoy the CARFEST.
Show’n’Shine Classes
- Cars will be judged
on what the judge can physically see when inspecting the entrants
vehicle. Prizes will be awarded for “Best
in Class” and “Runner Up” in each class.
Meguiar’s Northern
Ireland Concours Car of the Year 2012 Arena – vehicles entered into this class will
be meticulously judged
on a number of different areas including -: exterior, interior, underbody,
engine bay, boot & presentation.
Entrant must be with vehicle at time of judging with their Concours Judging
sheet. Points will be
awarded for these
different areas (for further details and rules on concours please check out our
web site www.ballymenacarfest.com/concours. Prizes
will be awarded to the top three points scorers, with the top
points winner being awarded
the
“Meguiar’s Northern Ireland Concours Car of the Year 2012”
accolade and
the possible chance to win a place on Meguiar’s Club Showcase 2012
at NEC Classic Car Show.
Show & Shine
Master Class - All
class winning cars from 2010 & 2011. This will be judged similar to
concours. Prizes will be awarded for “Best in Class”
and “Runner Up” in class.
Club Stands - Cars on club stands will NOT
be entered / judged in show and shine classes. But there will be
1st,
2nd & 3rd awards for Best Overall Club
Car and an Award for Best Overall Club
Stand.
All Show cars and
Exhibitors are required to be in place at the show prior to 10.45am
Gates open from
8.00am for Show cars & Exhibitors
Vehicles cannot be moved in Show Area
after the show is open to the public.
All entrants must be
pre-booked before Tuesday 22nd May 2012
Entry Fee -
£10
Fee entitles Car and
Entrant (Driver) admission to the show, a commemorative finisher’s award and
programme.
All passengers will
be charged, Adults £4, Children Under 12 FREE.
Organisers reserve
the right to cancel or alter a class if there are insufficient
entries,
Entrant will be notified and
offered an alternative class
